Every page within MyEZCRM has been designed for easy navigation, to make it easy to learn and to get to where you want to go.


For example the MyEZCRM Home Page "System Dashboard" lists the three most common functions. Just click on an Image or it's associated text to go to that area of MyEZCRM.

Other common functions like viewing your Follow-up list of customers to contact or managing your account are always listed in the same location throughout the system.

Getting your data into your management solution software doesn't have to be difficult. We've placed a lot of emphasis on creating easy to understand forms while maintaining the features you need to effectively manage and market to your clients.

Our forms are divided into sections of similar type of data, so you can skip areas that don't concern you or go directly to the areas that do.

Where possible, we use checkboxes and drop down selection lists to make data entry easy and less prone to mistakes.

Creating your own newsletter in MyEZCRM consists of entering your newsletter title, typing in your message and answering some yes/no questions and you're ready to send!

You can send your newsletter to all your customers, or filter them so it can be sent to just a specific group.

Multiple color schemes are built in and images are taken from your company and user setup so there is no need to upload the same images over and over. Just focus on creating the message you want to send out to your customers.
